According to the Central Enterprises Bloc Party Committee, it followed the Politburo and the Central Enterprises Bloc Party Standing Board documents on the organization, trained its staff and set up sub-committees for the organization of the Congress.

The Party Committee also worked closely with lower Party organizations to prepare the personnel plans, promoting democracy, solidarity and effectiveness throughout the organization.

The quality of documents was ensured while presentations during the Congress were assessed to be of high quality. The organising of discussion in groups created conditions for a greater number of delegates to speak directly with the Congress.

Addressing the meeting, Bui Van Cuong, Party Central Committee alternate member and Secretary of the Central Enterprises Bloc Party Committee, confirmed that the 2nd Party Congress had been successful, marking a breakthrough compared to the first. “To make it a success is the strict and effective collaboration among lower Party organizations and the spiritual and material support from 22 agencies under the bloc,” he said.

The Central Enterprises Bloc Party Standing Committee awarded 22 outstanding collectives and 73 excellent individuals in consultancy and organization of the congress./.
